and put in how I obtained the autographed photo then uploaded it.It said the photo was accepted??

misterhorror... You uploaded the picture as a gallery picture.. not as a result.
You need to choose the address that you got the result from.. Click on "Submit Mail Result"... Fill out the info there, and then add the scan.

i was trying to post a picture but it said the picture size was too large so it didnt work out and i couldnt upload it
