I recently went to my post office and was told that they no loner sell the over sea's postal coupons??? Dose anyone no why or where to get them now?

International Reply Coupons are different to postal coupons... Please ask them again.. Or go to your nearest, but LARGER post office for them. =)

You would think with all the mailings I do but it is all done either into Canada or within the States.
What exactly is a International Reply Coupon?
Does it take place of stamps....for example lets say I want to write to someone in Japan---I can pay the extra postage to get my item there but from the way I read things I can purchase Internation Reply coupons from my post office? The person on the other end then uses these as stamps? or they have to take it to the post office in Japan and redeem my coupons for stamps?
Sorry but this is sorta all new to me as I would like to send out to another country but obv. don't have the stamps in order to make that work. jason

IRC's are like coupons yeah. They exchange 1 IRC for the value of 1 standard airmail letter back to you - so if it's bigger/heavier than standard, they would need more than one IRC.
