whats your secret ingredient or what makes your mac/cheese special..
i do mine with a touch of almond extract

just get some ribeye slice it very thin and quick fry it like you do for a cheese steak.. salt/pepper/touch of garlic....blot it dry and add to mac and cheese..i always use provolone sauce when making this one

a crapload of pepper in mines...i make a homemade sauce that mixes in with the noodles to make it very creamy. ;)
