Since i have noticed a plethora of people here that love the office, i thought that a thread talking about the successes and failures of said show would be useful. People can scan in successes, talk about addresses that worked, and those that didnt, or just chat about hilarious quotes. Welcome to all things The Office!

I actually have an entire page on my website dedicated to my Office successes.

It doesn't include the items that I had signed/received at the convention.

I am still waiting on my autograph from Melora Hardin.

I actually just ordered 8x10 prints (online at fotki.com) of my friend and a bunch of the office celebs from the convention to send to them to be autographed so I'm going to be writing them all again as soon as I get those photos.

Nope, but since my friend is an office fanatic, and his birthday is coming up, i figured id just start writing to a few quick responders like oscar and brian.

I also compiled a list of all the office people, and i will post it later.

Brian isn't always a quick responder, but he can be. I'm sending all of my photos out for my friend's birthday too.

Start writing your letters! Most of the cast are really great about sending autographs.

Bobby Ray Shafer told me that he thinks the strike will be ending soon and they might be able to get back to work.

Sweet! As much as im thrilled of the prospect of the office coming back, im more thrilled at the prospect of scrubs ending its final season. But this is the office thread. And so lets talk office.

During the first week of summer vacation (im in 10th grade) i plan to have 2 or 3 people over and watch not the first, not the first and second, but the first second and third seasons of the office, almost nonstop. It will be a 2 or 3 day thing, but I'm already looking forward to it. However, soon i will be doing a leisurely watching of all the episodes, and ill be sure to post what makes me cry from laughing.

I think my favorite episode is Health Care from the first season. I love the diseases that Jim and Pam make up.

Some other favorites are...

Sexual Harrassment when Jim does his talking head with the blow-up doll aka his european girlfriend.

The halloween episode where Jim and Pam put Dwight's resume online. "What do you mean? Of course martial arts training is relevant. Uh excuse me, I know about a billion Asians who would beg to differ!"

And how about when Jim dresses up like Dwight. Classic.

I just cant get over the way that michael hates Toby. It just brings me so much joy. I like the line where michael says "Now toby is going to make a boring presentation. Lets hope he doesnt screw it up, like everything else in his life". and also "Were all a family here at Dunder Mifflin Scranton. Except toby works for corporate, so hes not really part of our family. Hes not even part of his own family anymore"

Im watching the fight right now. When Dwight punches michael in the stomach and michael tries to act like hes not hurt is priceless.

Toby: Hey Michael-
Michael: Hey toby, why dont you leave, why dont you just walk out of the room right now

(Michael at the Dojo looking at japanese writing)

Michael: I know what that means, it means california roll.
Sensei: No it doesnt, its a japanese symbol for disipline.
Michael: No some guy told me it was sushi.

Toby: We want to go home.
Michael: Well you dont even have anyone to go home to

Michael: Lets gangbang this thing and go home early.

Michael: Would i rather be feared or loved? Both. I want people to be scared of how much they love me.

One of my favorite Michael-isms is when he does his Hitler impression in the first season.

First episode. And also when he "punks" Pam and tells her shes fired, then when pam starts to cry, says ryan was in on it too. Then it just cuts to ryan shaking his head no.

Yes, he is. And he also reads each letter and usually writes a really nice inscription. He's also very nice in person.

Oh! And for all of those who didn't know, Angela Kinsey is pregnant. Here is an exerpt from Jenna Fischer's blog:

Oh!  I heard that we might see an end to the strike sooner rather than later.  The Director's Guild struck a deal with the studios even though their union contracts aren't up until June.  The hope is that this deal can serve as a starting ground between the writers and studios as many of the same issues are at hand.  I don't really know what will happen.  There aren't any new talks in the works but everyone seems hopeful for the first time in awhile.

I want to get back to work.  I hope we can make at least another few episodes before the season is over.  It's going to be a little crazy because as many of you know Angela Kinsey is pregnant!  And boy is she showing!  She has the cutest baby bump on the planet.  I'm not sure how they will handle this on the show.  It's hard to hide.  Angela is so tiny she's all bump.  Seriously, her arms and legs are still regular size but her belly is huge.  Last month, she stepped on my scale in the bathroom and she said, "Oh my God!  Jenna!  I'm at 101 pounds!  I've never weighed over 100 pounds!"  I said, "Get out of my house."  Ha!  The whole thing has been such a blast.

It's true. Angela Kinsey is ridiculously tiny in real life. I'm quite certain she has to wear children's shoes because her feet are itsy bitsy. I wish I had a picture of them, but here's her signing my Entertainment Weekly cover (sorry it's blurry).

I had heard that the DGA struck a deal which is great news, and i also heard a rumor that talks may happen in a week or so.

Last a couple quotes

(Kevin and oscar struggle to move a desk)
Dwight: You should use a handtruck
Kevin: Do we have a handtruck?
Dwight: No

Phyllis: Hi everyone this is bob vance.
Ryan: Im Ryan Howard.
Bob: Bob Vance, Vance Refrigeration.
Stanley: Stanley HUdson.
Bob: Bob Vance, Vance Refrigeration.
Kevin: Kevin Malone.
Bob: Bob Vance, Vance Refrigeration.
Ryan: So what line of work are you in bob?

I haven't gotten it back yet. That's the same one I sent to Rainn. Still waiting on getting it back from him. And I'm sure I'll be waiting for a while. I'm crossing my fingers that it will come back though.

Ah. Cool.

I just had a pretty cool idea. Im going to write to the writers of some of my favorite shows and ask for an autographed script. That would be awesome.
Thanks Meagan
