 Let me play devil's advocate to that...
An RTS means "Oops, wrong address. Try again."
Nothing means maybe they got it and are in the process of sending something, so just wait a little more. Or we're totally ingnoring you.

I've never recieved an RTS from any celebrity, but today I recieved a RTS on a Christmas card from an address I'm postive was correct. I just thought it was a little strange |

Another bad day for me... I sent a letter, photo and SASE to Anya Marina via venue at The Hotel Cafe in Los Angeles.
She is a singer.
 The sad thing is that I think Anya Marina might have been the one to write Return to Sender on this. I used to same via venue address for Meiko and Wisely and my autographs came back just fine.
I sent her a message on Myspace telling her what happend and asking if there was a better address. I doubt I'll hear anything back, but I thought it couldn't hurt to try.

It might not have been her, but I don't see why the fan mail wouldn't have been passed onto her. It should have gotten to the venue in plenty of time.. unless they overlooked it or forgot to give it to her..?
Now she is touring in England until the end of the month.

She did write me back with an address. I'm out of stamps so I'm going to see if I can find one and I'll send the letter back out as soon as possible.

I got another one today. I sent it to the same venue on the same day. Both shows were schedule for the same day.
I guess I either didn't send my letters in time or they forgot to pass them on.

I'm going to re-send my letter to Kate Voegele on Monday to another venue. She's playing another show on Feb. 9th and the owner of the venue said he would make sure she got my letter.

Another RTS yesterday from The Hotel Cafe. I got two successes from that address so I was confident that the other letters would work and that's why I sent so many. They probably didn't like that and that's why they're all coming back.
Oh well. You live and you learn.
And no, they don't hate me.
