I have had MANY people keep adding a request about 5 or 6 times after i have fulfilled it and they keep adding more.  I PM them but then never check the fourms.

 

It is a kinda annoying.

 

My suggestion is:

As soon as someone signs up you tell them if they use members helping members that as soon as it is fulfilled it will disappear and it will apear agian with a line through it when i has been added (something like that)

 

and/or

 

Everytime someone requests a add a POP UP sorta thing (like a something you have to click "ok" to) that says all about what i said in the last paragraph.

 

 

 

this will help emilminate this problem and have it not occur as often.
