Yes, SLASH does send out authentic autographs. He will also authentically sign any items that you send him.

He's definitely one of the best. I don't know about THE best. I really like Brian May of Queen and K.K. Downing of Judas Priest. I tried writing to K.K. and was told that all the members of JP are too busy to sign. I might send a request to Brian May.

Ya, i had an RTS from him w/ his old fan mail address that was used before...i think this summer. It said on his site that he has a new one now that he will answer fan mail to.

whoops! Sorry bout that. Didn't mean to do that.
 I keep...trying to submit it to the database, but i'm having problems. See, everytime i enter the whole address in, it keeps coming up that i have to submit his first name...which he doesn't have. AND...i can't backspace the name in his "last name" thing or it goes back. So i'm screwed and confused.

Just put it as his first name rather than his last name. It should work that way. If it doesn't let you do that, just put a period (.) for his first name and it will let you bypass it. Movie Eye should realize what you mean.

I'm sorry for being doubtful but how do you know that EVERY SINGLE autograph that Slash sends is an authentic one?
I sent a photo to him, received it signed and I'm happy but I'd be even more happy if I knew that my autograph is 100% authentic ,too. Some of you say that he sends 100000000% authentic stuff but how do I know whether my autograph is a fake or not? By the way, 'hi' to everyone. I'm new here :) Nice to have joined the Community |

I did compare it to others and it looks authentic to me but... you know...you never know.Everyone wants to be 100% sure of the authenticity of the stuff he/she has. I'm not an exception .
I read about auto pens, pre-prints, stamps etc. and ,in my opinion, my autograph doesn't belong to any of this categories..I hope so :) |

They are indeed authentic. He reads every letter and signs every item as stated on his official site. His autograph matches his in person autos. If he didn't sign ttm, it would be too much of a let down for his fans.

I would have to totally agree with chris slash is for the fan's 100%tHAT is why scott wilder is no longer with the band amoung othetr thing's that is! HE was not!
