A Guide for Newbies Celebrity Address & Autograph Forums

   Being relatively new here myself, I don't dare to presume. But I have noticed that nearly every new person that comes on board asks how to use the site, or "How can I..."

Perhaps a welcome page is needed. After signing up, they can be directed to this page which will give an overview of the site, some rules, and directions to click into the forums or the addresses.
I know there are threads for most of what's needed to know... and links to the areas, but it can be hard find information by hit and miss. I was lost for a while when I first came on, and still don't know how some things are supposed to work. It's just my three-cents worth.

	Yes, Meagan has suggested this as well, hopefully Movie Eye will get something like this implemented soon! =)

	I hope they decide to do it, It would be very helpful to our new users and hopefully increase the amount of information that is posted and collected on this website.
