Tired of only ever getting bills in your mailbox? I know I was! Collecting autographs brings a new meaning to "checking the post". Your heart starts pumping when you see a larger than normal envelope in your box that's not a bill!

The most exciting form of autograph collecting is signed
photographs. Yes, sometimes the celebrity only signs the
picture (or you're even more unlucky and it's a pre-print), but SOMETIMES you're lucky enough to get a personalized inscription!

Imagine having a picture on your wall or sitting on your
bookshelf "To my dear friend *name*. Much love, *signed by star*" You'll be the envy of everyone!

You are never guaranteed to receive a reply from a celebrity or that the address used is even the correct one. Please be aware that you will often get a "Return To Sender" letter in your box.

When sending your own pictures, dvd covers, cards, etc for signing, make sure the address is current, and people are receiving successes from it. Otherwise, make sure you don't send something irreplaceable for signing.

MOST IMPORTANT NOTE

Respect the stars. Do not tell them that they have to send you an autograph or you won't be their fan anymore. Do not harass them. Do not threaten them.
