Several of my authentic autographs have been returned signed in silver paint pen that smears upon touch or smeared in the envelope. What can I do to preserve it from rubbing off?

Thank you!Smile

Well, it wouldn't be the most ideal but you could laminate it. Other than that, mount them on acid free paper, acid free corners and sleeves.

perhaps doing that as well as putting it in an acid free page protector will help. Mounting it to the paper will help prevent it slipping around inside of the page protector and the page protector will help fingers from smudging the ink.

Where would you get acid free paper?
