I hate to finally have to report this, but Keith and I agreed on a trade about five weeks ago, and I have yet to recieve his side.

He hasn't even been on Movie Eye in about a month.

Look who is talking, I sent Chris 3 autographs for an Emmitt Smith signed photo and he claimed he had somebody else mail me the photo- which I never received! I have PM'ed him several times without any response. I gave up.

You do realize, Cdunn, that this is mail fraud, right? Every time you defraud someone, it moves you one step closer to getting a nice little cozy cell and nice hefty fine.

MAIL FRAUD DEFINITION AND PUNISHMENT

Whoever

   1)   having devised, or intending to devise any scheme or artifice to defraud, or
   2)   for obtaining money or property by means of false or fraudulent pretenses, representations, or promises, or to sell, dispose of, loan…
   3)   something of value or some item…and
   4)   places in any post office or authorized depository for mail matter
   5)   any item to be delivered by interstate carrier

shall be fined …or imprisoned for not more than 20 years, or both.

I believe you should think twice before ripping someone off. It is a federal crime and anyone who has been scammed can just call up and report you. Easy as that.
