Acid Free paper is great for your collection because it doesnt smudge the ink or fade the ink. I just have my signed books all together on a shelf. I haven't found a particularly good way to display them, but by having them all in one spot, I can easily identify/display what is or is not signed.

I also collect autographed hardback books, mainly biographies. What I do is bag them using acid free comic or acid free magazine bags. Any comic shop will stock these. They keep the books dust free and by being archival standard, do not harm the dust jackets/covers. How do you create you own "site"?  Even though I only have about 75 autographs it would be fun to display them on one.
